About the Move: A high-stakes relocation for an art collector moving from a signature villa in Palm Jumeirah to Emirates Hills. The inventory included a customized Steinway Grand Piano and temperature-sensitive oil paintings.
The client had large custom artworks that required strict temperature control during transit to prevent warping. Additionally, the grand piano had to be moved down a spiral staircase.
We deployed 3 closed-container trucks with climate control. Our carpentry team built custom wooden crates (ISPM-15 certified) for the art. For the piano, we used a specialized "piano skid" board and a heavy-duty stair climber.
Completed in 2 days. The piano arrived in perfect tune, and all art pieces were mounted in the new home without a scratch.
Corporate Office in Business Bay
About the Move: A rapidly growing tech company needed to move their headquarters from a shared workspace to a dedicated floor in Business Bay. The move involved 50 workstations, a server room, and executive cabins.
Time was the enemy. The client could not afford a single hour of downtime during the work week. The entire move had to happen between Friday 6:00 PM and Sunday night.
We implemented a "Shift System." Team A handled packing and labeling on Friday night. Team B handled transport on Saturday morning. Team C handled IT setup and unpacking on Sunday. Every cable and monitor was color-coded.
Office fully operational by Monday 8:00 AM. Employees walked in, plugged in their laptops, and started working immediately.
Apartment Move in JVC
About the Move: A standard 2-bedroom apartment move within Jumeirah Village Circle. While the volume was average, the logistical constraints of the building were extreme.
The Building Management only allowed service elevator booking for a strict 3-hour window (9 AM to 12 PM). Any delay would mean losing the slot and canceling the move.
We used our "Pre-Pack Strategy." We sent a packing team the day before the move to box everything. On moving day, we arrived with double manpower just for loading to beat the clock.
Finished loading in 2 hours and 30 minutes—30 minutes ahead of the deadline. The client avoided a fine from building management.
